Returns + Exchanges + Policies
We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them. We accept returns on items that are unused and unworn. It is required that you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order via e-mail or by phone at email@example.com. You will have up to 15 business days to return the order by mail. The returned item(s) will be inspected to ensure they are in saleable condition.
Once we receive any exchanges or returns back please allow 7-10 business days for processing. A few things to note:
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
- For Exchanges: We always offer free shipping on exchanges.
- For Returns: The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount (note: our software charges the actual shipping cost, but this cost will NOT exceed $5).
Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
