Returns + Exchange Policies
We hope you love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it for you. However, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on items that are like-new within 15 days of receiving it. Please follow the steps below to ensure an exchange or full refund.
- Contact us: by phone or email email@example.com within 15 days to notify us of your return/exchange.
- Exchanges: You will receive an email containing a USPS shipping label at no cost to you. Label must be scanned by USPS within 10 days of receiving it. After 10 days the label will be automatically be voided.
- Returns: you will have up to 15 business days to return the order by mail. The returned item(s) will be inspected to ensure they are in like-new and saleable condition. A $3 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
Once we receive any exchanges or returns we will do our best to promptly process, but please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing.
We will respond to inquiries during business hours between 10am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
SALES: Please note we will not offer price adjustments on any promotional or sale items after a purchase is made. For example: If you purchase an item at full price and we run a flash sale on the same item a week later, we will not refund the difference. Please join our email and SMS list to receive promotional and sale announcements and follow us on social media with alerts turned on.
Third Party Vendors: Swoon Gems sells to local retailers in the Austin area. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items purchased at other retailers. Please consult the vendor in which you purchased your items for returns and exchanges.
