*COVID-19 UPDATE*

Please allow for delays with USPS shipments.  While most packages arrive within the expected timeframe noted at checkout, we have seen it take as many as 15 days for packages to arrive.  Once orders have been fulfilled, Swoon Gems is unable to cancel or redirect delivery.  A refund is only available when items within a purchase have been returned.

EXCHANGES

We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them. We accept returns on items that are unused and unworn. It is required that you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order via e-mail or by phone at info@swoongems.com. You will have up to 15 business days to return the order by mail. The returned item(s) will be inspected to ensure they are in saleable condition. 

Once we receive any exchanges or returns back please allow 7-10 business days for processing. A few things to note:

  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • For Exchanges: We always offer free shipping on exchanges.
  • For Returns: The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount (note: our software charges the actual shipping cost, but this cost will NOT exceed $5).

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
